Drift: Do Not Shortlist It

Drift was a conversational marketing and sales platform: website chatbots, AI-routed conversations, ABM chat. Salesloft acquired it in 2024. Clari and Salesloft then merged, and on 5 March 2026 the combined company announced the gradual sunset of Drift, with an exclusive arrangement to refer existing Drift clients to 1mind as the successor. salesloft.com/platform/drift now opens with "We've transitioned from Drift to 1mind", and drift.com redirects there.

Drift stays on this page for one reason: it is still on plenty of shortlists and comparison tables built before March, so a buyer who arrives here searching "Drift pricing" deserves to be told the product is on its way out rather than handed a price for it.
